FOOD TOURS and PRIVATE COOKING CLASSES WITH OUR CHEF LUCA

Time: 3 or 4 hours

When: daily at 10am or evening from 6pm

This food lovers walk is designed to take in beautiful streets of the historical centre discovering the seasonal flavours and key ingredients of the Roman kitchen.

The tour starts with a coffee before a visit to a small family run daily market where we will taste a variety of seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh off the truck Buffalo Mozzarella and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

From here we will walk through the picturesque ancient streets to visit two faboulous food lovers’ stores where we will taste regional cheeses and typical cured meats.

After a quick stop in a Roman bakery to learn about the city’s most

loved bread, and try a slice of Pizza Bianca we will wander back towards the Pantheon stopping for a sweet gelato ending to our tour.
